Mustapha,
Sorry to reply to your question with questions, but...
- Were corresponding assets created for your computers?
- If not, do you have Enforce CI verification set on the Computer Model category?
- or was a Model discovered for the computers?
- If a Model was discovered, does the Model have the Asset tracking strategy set to Do not create assets?
- If the Asset was created, what is not synchronizing?

Ok. With Enforce CI verification set, did you choose to Create Assets for the CIs? You can do this from the form or list views.

Hi Mustapha
Please check if you have the "Model Category" --> Hardware : Hardware [cmdb_ci_hardware] ---> Asset Class : Hardware [alm_hardware]
And all the Hardware Models should have the Category Hardware.
this should work.
Thanks
Elias

Hi Elias
Thank you for this information :
i created the Model Category" --> Hardware : Hardware [cmdb_ci_hardware] ---> Asset Class : Hardware [alm_hardware] and now i can see the computers discovered in Asset .
However , i created 2 Model category for Printers and servers and i still cannot see them in Asset
