This is not possible, But you could see these variable value changes in history of the form. You could right click at top of form header and access the history of record.

Check if any system properties is defined for this table to capture activity log : Ex:

glide.ui.change_request_activity.fields created to capture field updates in activity log.

If it is there then add your field in the value field else create one .
