Check if any system properties is defined for this table to capture activity log : Ex:

glide.ui.change_request_activity.fields created to capture field updates in activity log.

If it is there then add your field in the value field else create one .

In glide.ui.sc_req_item_activity.fields I have added the variables but still it is not displaying in activity log
