Please find below helpful details.
| Show article rating section, which may optionally include yes/no rating, star rating, and flagging options. (glide.knowman.show_rating_options) | Select the Yes check box to display the rating options for users with specific roles. Clear this check box to omit the rating section for all users, regardless of role. The Feedback field is always displayed for all users. |
