Hi, I have a voucher but am unable to claim it. Can anyone help me out, please?

You need to complete the courses and prerequisites that was mentioned. Then you can claim the voucher.

Please check whether Webassessor Account is linked or not. If you have created today, it will take 24 to 48 hours for autolink.

unfortunately it will not link as you suggested. Let's wait 48 hours as you said and there will be no change...

You passed the training, you became eligible for the voucher. But eligible doesn't mean free. Please refer directly to this document: Voucher distribution
