 I am asking about this one. How to edit and add roles after creating workspace in UI Builder

For some of the roles, it's showing like the picture you have shared, that means the user has the access to the workspace but not to the reports that you have created. so for that you have to give report_view access to the user by configuring the ACL. once done you should be good.

Open associated ACL from UI builder and modify your ACL by adding required role.
