I am almost facing the same situation as mentioned above. I have been working in the IT field for 15 years and especially with ServiceNow for 8+ years, I have passed my CSA, working to get my CAD, took many courses in CIS related courses to get more experience in ServiceNow. I get lots of interviews but find it very hard to get a job. It would be very kind of you to share some pieces of advice.
