Hi @noblesleslie

Welcome to the community! Glad to hear the discussions here are already helping you 😊

Just a small tip from my own experience, try to focus more on hands-on practice along with theory. Things really start to click when you actually build and test them yourself.

For learning, Now Learning (nowlearning.servicenow.com ) is the best place to start. If you’re new, begin with ServiceNow Fundamentals (CSA path) to get comfortable with core concepts like tables, users, and roles. Once that foundation is clear, you can move on to Application Development Fundamentals.

For practice, make sure you’re using a PDI (Personal Developer Instance) that’s where most of the real learning happens. And whenever you get stuck, don’t hesitate to ask questions here in the community.

A strong base in JavaScript helps a lot for scripting. Basic HTML/CSS is also useful. With solid fundamentals, moving into advanced topics like ITSM or building AI Agents will become much easier for you.

Wishing you a great learning journey ahead. Happy learning!
