I am one guy in a tech company of China DaLian, and our company for now is focus on ServiceNow as well, through the ServiceNow official website to learn the relevant trainings. Through this way you could cultivate lots of different kinds of ServiceNow talents. To be honest I am not sure how to cooperate with ServiceNow official and get their support. Maybe you could raise incident or something like that then get their support. I think you will get their support if you buy ServiceNow relevant products maybe, I am not sure.
