I think it's okay, as it pertains to a ServiceNow-related (or adjacent, at the very least) in the St Louis region.
Spamming job posts would probably irk people, but tactfully drawing attention to job openings or events would be welcomed.

There is a Community spot for Jobs under Resources in the header. You might consider posting the event there as well.
