Change state does not change from assess to authorize after first approval

Hi everybody

 

This change does not move from assess to authorize after it was approved by the team submitting the change. If I compare it to one of the other changes, it is exactly the same. Can someone tell me what to do to make it move to authorize state please?

Go to approver related list and see if change waiting for other approval ?

Is state transition has been configured correctly?

- Next approval groups has the right to approve or not.
