Hi @ChinchillaMoMo you need to specify your redirection URL by replacing the below.

If your company is using SSO then redirection must be set up like mentioned in below thread

https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/multissologout-how-to-redirect-to-custom-logout...

This is my PDI only and therefore not using SSO.

Have tried to change the URL but that "The page you are looking for could not be found" page still shows.

Hi @ChinchillaMoMo ,

Check the External logout redirect of your identity provider. If not, then refer to System Definition > Installation Exits. This list has a logoutRedirect script. Check whether this is updated.
