You have to pay for the voucher too...

Once you pay it (either with credit card or learning credits), the voucher will be available to you....

There is no promo code, you will get the voucher code in an email, but I can see it is showing $300, did you pay that, that is required to book the exam.

If your WebAssessor account was recently linked, it can sometimes take a while for the system to validate your progress. I also experience this delay. If the status doesn't update after some time, I recommend raising a case through the ServiceNow Help Center

What is the pre requisite that is not completed?

It is showing you already completed CSA voucher info, so you might have got the voucher already...
