I'm trying to export a List Report from the All > Reports area, and not from a specific table view like Incident or Case. I figured out how to do this using the Scheduled Report feature. But I have seen documentation with screenshots that suggest more direct options that work like the Export to PDF option, but give you a file in XLSX, XLS, or CSV format. I am a global admin in our instance and should have full access rights. But these options are not available and i am unable to find documentation to explain where and how to turn these options on.

In my experience, you cannot export to Excel or CSV a report that includes a chart or graphics but if you change the type or create a copy with the type of Table the data can be exported using the previously listed options.

Did you ever get a good answer on this? I have the same issue.
