There is no graph to click on for
- Click into the Open incidents widget on the Incident Overview tab to open the Analytics Hub.

I've just managed to get this part done by going through the looking for Analytics Hub from the ALL menu, then opening the number of open incidents. I found the target icon on the top bar and added a new target.
Now to solve the rest...
