I assume you mean free vouchers? Sorry, no. The only way to get CSA certified is to enrol in the Admin Fundamentals course ($500 for the on-demand version) and then use the voucher from that course to register for the exam (an extra $300).
ServiceNow handed out free vouchers a while back, but all that did was flood the market with a cohort of trainees who had no hands-on experience and an unrealistic expectation that simply passing a test would land then a job.

The NextGen program might be worth looking into, although unfortunately (again!) it's currently not available as it's being redesigned:

Free vouchers are not available. You need to do Admin training for $500 and then claim a voucher for $300 to appear for the CSA exam.
