Can anyone tell me what is percentage required to pass CAD?

I wrote cad exam,i got 72% but i didnt get any certificate similarly for my frnd she got 87% even though she didnt get any certificate. Can any one please tell me how to sort this issue?

how did you know you obtained 72%?

I don't think they give out the percentage obtained but just pass or fail

Back in our days when I gave the exam around 2015/2016 the percentage was approx 75-80%

But it's not a definite answer.

Can you tell me that can we retake the exam without paying or not?

Hi @MedicharlaRenu ,

The most oblivious reason that you failed the exam is, that you didn't meet the required level set from ServiceNow. Only option is to take a retake of the exam which normally (as far as I recall) cost 100USD.

where did you get the percentage from? This is as far as I know not provided by ServiceNow.
