Print issue on Jakarta when ticket has attachments

Hello,

Has anyone faced the following issue: in jakarta when we print a Request or incident with an attachment, we get a messy code at the bottom , and the more attachments we have, the longer the messy code is (almost 1 page long for 4 attchments !!!!!)

Service now has created a Problem (PRB1114743 -Jakarta - "Print friendly version" is not working when you have an attachment into the record.) but closed it without providing a solution.

Don't hesitate to raise this issue to support to get it fixed ...
