As many of you may have heard at NowForum in Frankfurt, we are welcoming a new SNUG Leader in Germany!
Dieter Bürgel, Senior IT Manager at RWE, will be leading the ServiceNow User Group both online and at in-person events effective immediately. Please join me in welcoming Mr. Bürgel and feel free to connect with him on any SNUG related topics of interest you may have.
