Though non-hosted solutions are not the primary focus of ServiceNow due to product and strategy considerations, non-hosted solutions are supported and there are several customers using on-premise installations rather than the "usual" SaaS approach of ServiceNow.
This thread is for questions (and answers, of course) regarding these non-hosted solutions.
