User provisioning w/ Azure AD on servicenowservices.com domain?

We are trying to setup Azure user provisioning on a new instance. Our connection if failing when we test it in Azure. Says an authentication error. User ID/Password seem to be right. What I'm concerned about is the "instance name" field. No matter what we put in this field, the connection test fails. I suspect this module has "service-now.com" hard coded. I've set this up several times on the commercial cloud side and it's a very straight forward process. The different domain is all I can think of is the problem. We got SSO working w/ the same Azure instance very easily.
Has anyone w/ a servicenowservices.com instance been able to successfully setup user provisioning w/ AzureAD? Any details would be appreciated.
