About Brittany Petit: Brittany Pettit is the Outbound Product Manager for ServiceNow’s ESG Management application. Her work focuses on delivering next generation solutions to support the growing role ESG plays in organizational strategy and operations. She has ten years of experience in enterprise technology, including Human Capital Management systems at Workday and Oracle and is an MBA in Sustainability candidate at Bard College with a concentration in Impact Finance. Brittany is originally from the Boston area, but now lives in northern Virginia.
About Shannon Long: Shannon Long is the Outbound Product Manager for ServiceNow’s Risk product suite. Her work focuses on delivering next generation solutions to support the enterprise and the everchanging risk exposures they face. She has six years of experience in enterprise technology, including professional consulting and ServiceNow implementation experience within risk management. Shannon is originally from the Northern Virginia area, but now lives in Houston, TX.
