My name is Ramon Orduno, though you can call me Roel (that's my middle name! Long story short, all my brothers and I are named after our dad)! My current position at Walmart is Software Engineer III and I have been developing in ServiceNow for about 3 years now. 

At Walmart, I usually work on Service Catalog and help teams implement catalog items. We also have several catalog items relating to financial and store operations (such as journal entries, one-time vendor payments), and I have also implemented a scoped app as well. If I had time, I would love to explore more of the Service Portal.
