What to expect:
→ Hands-on morning workshop: Reduce costs and mitigate risk with Hardware, Software, and Enterprise Asset Management
→ Customer-led presentations sharing real-world outcomes
→ Intro to Employee Works — streamlining the employee experience
→ From reactive to autonomous: transforming IT operations
→ Knowledge 26 recap — everything you need to know
→ Networking and happy hour
Attend the morning workshop, the afternoon SNUG, or stay for both. It's complimentary.
The best sessions at any SNUG are the ones where a customer says "here's what we tried, here's what broke, and here's what we'd do differently." We're looking for presenters for both SNUGs, and the format is entirely up to you: a five-minute tip, a fireside chat, a full demo, a lessons-learned story — whatever feels right. If you've ever walked away from a peer session thinking "I could do that," this is your sign. Reach out to brandie.sabados@servicenow.com or your account manager and we'll make it easy.
We look forward to seeing you there!
