The best sessions at any SNUG are the ones where a customer says "here's what we tried, here's what broke, and here's what we'd do differently." We're looking for presenters for both SNUGs, and the format is entirely up to you: a five-minute tip, a fireside chat, a full demo, a lessons-learned story — whatever feels right.
