Hello SNUG Members!

We're excited to be hosting the in-person Houston SNUG Meeting, on June 24th at Topgolf Houston. 

We continue to refine the agenda as we get closer to the event date and would like to have as many customer presentations as possible, so if you are interested in presenting, please email julia.vitale@servicenow.com so we discuss your participation at the event. SNUG meetings are one of the best ways to learn from and collaborate with other ServiceNow customers.  Whether you are new to ServiceNow or a long-time customer, SNUG meetings will help you on your journey. You will have the opportunity to network with your peers during breaks, lunch, and afternoon drinks.

We will have an optional pre-SNUG workshop on Now Assist for ITSM Powered by GenAI at 9:30 AM. Check-in for the SNUG will begin at 11:30. After the SNUG ends around 3:00, we will have Topgolf playing time and refreshments until 5:00.

This workshop is designed to help you unlock value with the Now Platform and IT Service Management.

You’ll get hands-on with the latest ServiceNow innovations and learn how you can:

· Empower employees to solve common problems and get answers fast

· Deflect requests and automate work to lower service costs

· Reduce manual work for agents before and after calls

· Generate supporting knowledge content automatically
