Hello SNUG Members! We're excited to be hosting the in-person Houston SNUG Meeting, on June 24th at Topgolf Houston.    We continue to refine the agenda as we get closer to the event date and would like to have as many customer presentations as possible, so if you are interested in presenting, please email julia.vitale@servicenow.com so we discuss your participation at the event. To learn more about ways to participate, you can view the SNUG Participation Guide. SNUG meetings are one of the best ways to learn from and collaborate with other ServiceNow customers.  Whether you are new to ServiceNow or a long-time customer, SNUG meetings will help you on your journey. You will have the opportunity to network with your peers during breaks, lunch, and afternoon drinks.   We will have an optional pre-SNUG workshop on Now Assist for ITSM Powered by GenAI at 9:30 AM. Check-in for the SNUG will begin at 11:30. After the SNUG ends around 3:00, we will have Topgolf playing time and refreshments until 5:00. This workshop is designed to help you unlock value with the Now Platform and IT Service Management. Hello! I attended the SNUG meeting at Shell in 2023, where Shell also presented, and I found the session really insightful. I’m particularly interested in learning more about the approach to planning the business case and the decision to return to out-of-the-box functionality with ServiceNow. We’re currently exploring a similar direction at my company, and I’ve been asked to review this option would like to connect me with someone who could share more details about their experience. The owner of the Glass Station Studio and Gallery in Rhode Island started the “Glass Float Project” collection craze by creating and hiding glass “orbs” throughout Block Island for people to find and collect. Join us at Knowledge again this year to participate in the Treasure Hunt! We will be hiding 3 ServiceNow green orbs each day and the special multi-colored orb on the last day of the conference.
