We’re all familiar with the horror stories of taking on a new employee only to have that new hire sit for weeks without a laptop, or the process of bringing on a contingent worker to help on a project only to lose weeks of valuable time trying to get them into the systems needed to do work effectively in the environment.

Now we are transforming our processes by adding ideation and demand. We are at the early stages of the process but expect to be live shortly. Our ultimate goal is to engage our customers with ideation, and look for transformational projects that move Lone Star forward.
