Hello.

This is the second time, second instance, second customer after installing HRSD sometimes my "Filter Navigator" and "Favorites" being empty. Sometimes works sometimes not. Switching scopes, refreshing browser.

Super annoying only while working with HRSD...


Using Endge browser, checked RCA, checked scopes....

Any one with similar issue?

Is this for all users or just you?

Does this apply to both incognito and non-incognito windows?

If you're not in prod I would try clearing the cache of the instance.

Not only me, to my colleagues too.

And it's happening only when we are implementing HRSD...
