Could not find a record in user_criteria for column related_user_criteria referenced in this update

How to Solve this issue while moving update set to another instance?

I created a user criteria from HR criteria and then deleted that user criteria as HR condition was enough to handle it. What to do now?

your update set includes reference to user_criteria record that is no longer present in source instance.

If you are sure you don't want that user criteria then simply accept the error.
