In hrsd For existing COEs, is there any flow designer or business rule for approvals triggering on service activities?

@deebikaselv You can check out the subflow "HR service activities". It has steps which will trigger based on the type of service activity. Hope this helps.

Depending on which version of SN you started using HRSD, your instance may still be using the legacy workflows. In the Xanadu release notes , it calls out a property to change if you want to switch to using flow designer:
Workflow to Workflow Studio migration
Because of the enhanced features in Workflow Studio, the HR Service Activities, HR Case User Acceptance, HR Case Approval subflows have been migrated from Workflow to Workflow Studio. As an HR administrator, you can configure the sn_hr_core.deprecated_workflows system property to decide whether to run a legacy workflow or corresponding flow in Workflow Studio.
