Getting error Scope does not have write access to table sn_doc_task_execution

When we are trying to do Initiate document tasks getting an error 
It happens when Signing Type is selected as DocuSign when Signing Type is ServiceNow 
Tasks gets created in the HR case.
We tried creating Cross Scope privileges  by following

Still it throws the same error, can you guys advise

As an HR Admin are you able to do it ?

Also, please check Run as in the flow properties.

Run As Is System User,

And these are OOB flows we can't edit them

@sm001086602 Create operation is missing in the following entries.

flow is in which scope?

It won't work like that.

The table "sn_doc_task_execution" has Caller Access as "Caller Restriction" so Restricted caller access will come into picture.

Do this

1) ensure you are in document templates scope

2) create these records and mark Status as Allowed

3) ensure the Source Scope is set with the correct scope such as the scope of your flow

4) then select your flow/subflow or flow action in Source type
