HR Agent workspace adding new icon

Is it possible to add an additional icon to the side menu?

Yes, you can add items via UI Builder. You can see the needed steps here:

Once you have opened HR Agent Workspace in UI Builder, go to ''view experience setting'' on the right upper side:

Once there, you can scroll down and you will see the side navigation setup to add or remove items from the side navigation.
