Yes, you can add items via UI Builder. You can see the needed steps here:

Once you have opened HR Agent Workspace in UI Builder, go to ''view experience setting'' on the right upper side:
Once there, you can scroll down and you will see the side navigation setup to add or remove items from the side navigation.
