Did you create the HHD Application Development epic?
Did you assign all HHD Stories to the Application Development theme and HHD Application Development ...
Did you create the SNPI Stories Backlog?

Share Stories epic , theme screen shot (list view). Did you delete first the value in list view which you dragged and updated then manually updated one by one strory's theme epic? If not , do it again
