Is there any way to delegate hr cases?

Hi
i am actually configuring the delegation configuration in HRSD , but i found that only HR tasks can be delegated to users as per below screenshot
But i didn't find anywhere in ServiceNow documentation is the same delegation can be configured to HR Cases as well?
if anyone configured, please let me know the process or please share product documentation for hr cases

Have you tried to "play" with that feature in non-prod to understand what does it do?
Note: you should be more careful with sharing personal/company names and data...

Are you using the Granular Delegation feature (which I believe I mentioned earlier)?
If so, please note that Granular Delegation allows delegation up to a specific task or even to a specific group.

Hi @sri vijaya ,
Typically delegation would be used for tasks/approvals, but with Granular Delegation you can create delegation rules for specific tables. And you might be able to create a rule(s) for the HR Case table to handle allowing delegations to hr cases.

Usually delegation makes more sense when approvals etc are in picture and not on tasks/cases when agents work on it.
Granular Delegation within HRSD is only for HR Task and not for HR case.
