Lifecycle event: Employee form MRVS

Hi All,

We have a requirement where we need to get the family details from the employee.

The customer basically asked for a multi-row variable set so that the employee can enter the family persons along with their details (First name, Last name, Gender, Date of birth etc).

This activity will be part of a Lifecycle event.

Is this possible to achieve this in employee form? 

Also, once the employee submits these details, the HR team will validate it and if there are any corrections needed, the HR team needs to assign this form back to the employee. How can we achieve this?

This activity will be part of a Lifecycle event.

-> Instead of creating "Employee Form" better to go by Record Producer with MRVS for HR Life Cycle Event and those information is stored in HR Life Cycle Event Case.
HR can review all personal details entered by Employee and any correction require, HR can create HR task for correction and Notification will be triggered to Employee for correction. In notification can attach HR Life cycle Event case Link , so that employee can edit from Esc portal directly.
