Setting Case assigned to on HR task Template is not working

Hi All,

 

There is a requirement where in the hr task should be assigned to case handler(parent case assigned to), to enable that we have set the parent case users to "Assigned to" in HR task template but no luck. The Assigned to of HR Task is not filled with the Parent case assigned to.

 

Can someone provide your expertise over here?

Hi @mumanisha,

Can you provide more details in how you configured this?

How are the HR Tasks being created? via a flow? manually? script?

Can you confirm that the Parent Case has an Assigned To at the time the HR Task is created?

Are there Auto Assignment Rules that might be overriding the HR Task Template?
