Setting Case assigned to on HR task Template is not working

Hi All,
There is a requirement where in the hr task should be assigned to case handler(parent case assigned to), to enable that we have set the parent case users to "Assigned to" in HR task template but no luck. The Assigned to of HR Task is not filled with the Parent case assigned to.
Can someone provide your expertise over here?

HR Task templates are static by design — they can't dynamically resolve at runtime without additional logic.
Create a Business Rule for this logic.

Hi Niharika,
Thanks for the quick response. But we can see for other couple of HR task templates the assigned to field is set to parent assigned to. We have compared the configurations for both the templates(working and not- working) and its the same but not working
