Skip first step of case creation for child cases option is not working in HR Agent Workspace

Hi Everyone,

 

With the latest version of HR Agent Workspace, 4.2.0 , while creating a new child case from related list of existing HR case, the 'New' option is not visible, only 'Add' option is there. 

 

I came across the Page Configurations settings and found that under the case creation option, we have 'Skip first step of case creation for child cases', that can be turned off and 'New' option might show up. But it didn't solve the issue.

Can someone help on this, if this setting is correct or not and if there is any other option to bring the 'New' button back in the Child Case related list?

I spent some time on this and followed below:

1. Go to "sys_declarative_action_assignment" table.

2. Search for "action label = new and table = sn_hr_core_case and action model = Related List"

3. Open the record and uncheck "Experience Restricted."
