Unable to open HR Case in HR Agent Workspace

Hi All,

 

We have an issue while loading the HR Case in HR Agent Workspace. It is showing loading record not display any data. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Can anyone provide your expertise on this, what could be the reason?

@Manisha30 Do you see any logs in System logs when this issue occurs. If there are none, I recommend raising a case with ServiceNow support to get their help in resolving this issue.

Hi @Sandeep Rajput , we haven't checked any logs as such, but will do. Thank you for your suggestion.

Hi @Manisha30 ,

Check if you have right roles to view thw cases.

Example : sn_hr_core.basic, sn_hr_core.reader, sn_hr_core.writer,

 

Hi @Community Alums , yes we do have those roles, even the admin cannot see/load the HR case.
