Unable to open HR Case in HR Agent Workspace

Hi All,

 

We have an issue while loading the HR Case in HR Agent Workspace. It is showing loading record not display any data. Please refer to the screenshot below.

Can anyone provide your expertise on this, what could be the reason?

Hi @Manisha30 ,

Please check the ACLs on HR case table.

Also, is this something which is happening with all the users who has admin ?

One of the reason could be some issues with your particular record producer , like - variable name coinciding with the variable set name
