One question often asked about ServiceNow Event Management and Operational Intelligence is "what monitoring tools do they integrate with?".   Supported Event Management and Operational Intelligence integrations and integration methods are documented in ServiceNow Product Documentation, and third-party developed and supported integrations are available via the ServiceNow Store... however it's spread across a number of different places.

Here's a consolidated list of the event and metric integrations for the Orlando release.

 The following integration methods also remain available in Orlando:

• Custom collector (for custom integrations)
• Web Service API via MID Server (ideal for simple custom integrations)
• SNMP Traps (very useful for custom integrations)
• Email (method of last resort)
