What do you create?

I like answering questions on the ServiceNow Community and sharing my perspective when I think it can help someone. I also write blog posts whenever I come across a problem or use case that I think others might benefit from. You can find my content on the ServiceNow Community.

 

How did you get that started?

I was introduced to the ServiceNow platform in 2013, and before long I was leading a small team and helping them with their questions. Back then, the Community was much smaller, and I started by answering a few questions I happened to know. One answer turned into ten, and realizing I could genuinely help someone gave me a lot of joy—that feeling has kept me going ever since.

 

Why you keep sharing? How many times have you been named ServiceNow MVP?

Twelve years later, with Eleven MVP Awards and countless answers behind me, my motivation is still the same. I simply enjoy helping people, and it’s genuinely rewarding to know that something I share can make someone’s day a little easier. That feeling hasn’t changed since the very beginning.
