SupportExpert01png1458d3d32eb.pngSince we launched our Points, Levels, and Badges program three weeks ago (April 23rd), the community has been buzzing--with members earning points for a wide range of activities and badges for exploring site functionality and attending Knowledge14.


Earlier today, two of our members (Slava and Pradeep Sharma) were the first ones to earn the Support Expert 1 badge. Please join me in congratulating them! The criteria we set for earning the expert badges were meant to be challenging, but they were definitely up to it, and I know several more community members are well on their way to being Expert badge-holders themselves.


Clearly, Slava and Pradeep are on the same wavelength. Check out their matching status updates:

To be precise, Slava was the first by about 2 minutes (!), but maybe Pradeep will beat him to Support Expert 2, or maybe someone else (like yourself) will come roaring out of the gates and get there first. Only time will tell.

 

In any case, we're thrilled that these badges are allowing us to identify and offer recognition to our top contributors, and that they're able to establish themselves as ServiceNow experts. Like I mentioned, the expert badges aren't easy to earn and the criteria for subsequent badges are even more challenging, so we hope you wear them with pride!
