Recently the ServiceNow Global Services team and one of our key partners had the pleasure of working with one of the world's leading independent cybersecurity companies.
This organization was in the process of being spun off from its parent, which is a long- standing ServiceNow ITSM customer. Because of the spin-off, this organization had to decide on an ITSM solution, and decided that they wanted to keep on using ServiceNow after the ownership change. However, they faced a major challenge. Their parent company had an on-premises ServiceNow instance, and given the short spin-off time frame, they had only had 3 months to move its ITSM processes and data to a separate cloud-based instance. - Gain best-practices from ServiceNow
- Have a fully trained IT staff prior to go-live ensuring a smooth transition from a subsidy, to a newly independent company
