Distributing reports in ServiceNow

This is the third video in a 6-part series that goes into detail about reporting. This video demonstrates how to publish reports and schedule reports for periodic distribution through email notification.

You can share reports by:

• Saving or exporting a report in static file formats (seen at 0:46)
• Publishing a report to a public URL (seen at 3:12)
• Scheduling a report for automatic distribution by email (seen at 4:06)
• Create gauges to be added to homepages (seen at 7:35)
