What Do I Create?
But before I get into that, let me share something close to my heart:
"Time and experience have taught me that, in the long run, we are remembered and recognized for our actions and attitude — not our designation or position. So, let's Learn Together and Grow Together."
Hi everyone! I'm Dr. Atul Grover — platform owner and product owner by role, business process consultant by heart, and a passionate YouTuber & Trainer by love.
And honestly? I don't enjoy writing. That's probably why you've never seen a blog from me before! What I truly love is video creation — and that's exactly what I do.
As a content creator and YouTuber, I create ServiceNow-related content, including industry discussions, ServiceNow release updates, and full-length courses. You'll find content around Business Analyst, BPC, and more on my channel — but that's just one part of the story.
By background, I'm a ServiceNow trainer and run my own training batches in a special techno-functional format covering CSA, CSM, ITSM, HRSD, GRC, Data Foundation, SAM, and much more. These are full-length courses designed for anyone new to the ServiceNow ecosystem — or already working in it and looking to level up.
Beyond that, I've had the privilege of sharing knowledge as a guest speaker, having delivered over 38 guest sessions at various colleges and universities, including Rise Up. A few of those recording available aon my channel too.
So how did all this start?
Great question — and a tough one!
Back in 2023, when I became an MVP for the first time, I discovered the community. I saw people asking questions, answering them, helping each other — and I jumped in. Slowly it became a habit, then an addiction. I'd spend full days and late nights just replying to questions, and honestly? It gave me so much back. I learned things I never expected to learn, just from being there.
The YouTube journey started a little earlier, around 2019 during COVID. A friend challenged me — "You give guest lectures, why not put them on YouTube?" My first reaction was the classic: "No one will watch." But that one throwaway comment became the turning point.
I started with content outside ServiceNow, in initial days then decided to build the channel around a proper format. Small videos, then bigger ones, then it became a habit — no, an addiction. And it didn't stop there. Over the years I've met many people in training who couldn't attend live sessions due to family or financial reasons, so I started uploading all my live training videos to the channel. We're now at 600+ videos, some refreshed, many brand new — all free, for anyone, any time, day or night.
Why do I keep sharing?
Sharing is caring — that's what my father taught me, and it's what I pass on to my kids.
Caring for our people. Caring for our community. Caring for ourselves.
And here's what I've discovered: the more I share, the more I learn. I've picked up knowledge in areas I never worked in directly — SAM, CSM, GRC, and yes, even scripting (don't be surprised — I did a full series on scripting too!).
Every blessing, every kind message, every comment from a viewer or community member keeps me going. It keeps me motivated, keeps me busy, and keeps me showing up.
Which is exactly why — as a 4-time ServiceNow MVP — I'm sitting here writing this today. My first ever blog. 😄
It's not a natural thing for me, writing. But if you'd rather hear my story than read it, the links are below —
