If your formatting disappears when the email client attempts to load a quick message, this is most likely because your Body field does not correspond with your Message Text field. This problem generally occurs when the email client Message Text field is an html editor, and the quick message Body field type is set to String. You'll just need to switch the quick message Body field type to HTML to preserve formatting.

To change the quick message Body field type to HTML:

  1. Navigate to System Policy > Email > Quick Messages.
  2. Right-click on the Body header, and select Personalize > Table.
  3. Under Dictionary Entries, select Body.
  4. In the Type field, change String to HTML.

  5. Click Update to save changes.

Your email client should now be able to format your quick messages correctly. Make sure to reapply any formatting that was present when the type was String.
