Most of you already know that ServiceNow's June11 release is coming today. To be exact, it rolls out tonight at 20:00 Pacific Time (03:00 GMT or 04:00 Daylight Saving Time). (General notes on the upgrade process are on the wiki: http://wiki.service-now.com/index.php?title=Upgrade_Policy)
I only joined the company about 4 weeks ago, so this is the first big release I get to watch up close, and I'm excited to see what you all think of the new features and enhancements.
For the June11 release in particular, here are some things you can look forward to:
- Change Risk Assessment
- SLA Enhancements
- User self registration
- New user interface (UI11)
- Additional social IT capabilities (Groups, Tags, and Follow)
- Improved search engine (Zing)
- Data Certification
- Managed Documents
