This could include:
- being freed from mundane work to focus on more interesting projects that support business transformation or innovation;
- delivering stellar results or outcomes that led to greater career success (e.g. promotions or raises), or increased growth and expertise in your role;
- finding greater work/life balance for spending more time on personal hobbies/endeavors or with family/loved ones.
